India Wave Dance Muqabla 2008
Avishkar group participated in the India Waves 2008 Dance Muqabla it was organized by India Waves Television channel and this was aired in all the 50 states on local channels KMTP (San Francisco)
Again it was Reshma Ka Roomal song but this time it was on a different stage and new judges and bagged the 3rd prize for this dance.

Youth Sava Dance Competition 2008
Aditi and her friends participated in Youth Sava dance competition at India Community Center , Milpitas CA on 27th April 2008 and guess what.... won 1st place for this dance.

Participants left to right in the video: Riya, Shreya, Aditi, Sanya and Kushi.
Within 15 minutes they had to change their costume and dance on the following filmi number for which they got 3rd prize.
